The Skills Panda Learnership Program is a structured, QCTO-accredited workplace learning initiative that combines theoretical instruction with practical on-the-job training. We partner with employers across South Africa to place motivated young people into 12-month learnerships, equipping them with nationally recognised qualifications and real-world competencies.
